These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bck44 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of bck44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on bck44. Any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated sports betting across multiple accounts.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are invalid and will be voided.
